
For beginners
Day 1st We meet at the Porto Carras Resort Marina. The attendants will receive hand-books, will be introduced to the basic terminology and start their first sailing lesson.
The course attendants will be accommodated back in the marina base, set the next appointment and discuss questions and conversation, etc.
Day 2nd Early in the morning - theory and knots exercise
Sailing off base and in the afternoon we sail back to the base, putting sails and rigging in order and discuss
comments, appointments for the next day
Day 3rd coffee and theory early in the morning and then we set sail to another destination and exercising on the sea polygon. In the afternoon we return to base, putting sails and rigging in order, comments, appointments for the next day
Day 4th coffee and theory early in the morning and then putting out: exercising in the marina; mooring - unmooring, sailing. In the afternoon we return to base, putting sails and rigging in order, comments, appointments for the next day
Day 5th coffee and theory early in the morning, around noon time we set sail and in the afternoon we return to base, putting sails and rigging in order, comments, appointments for the next day
Day 6th coffee and theory and around noon we set sail. In the afternoon we are returning to base, putting sails and rigging in order, comments, appointments for the next day
Day 7th Exams Day beginning early in the morning with competition in seaman's skills and theory. At noon time we are setting sail all day and then return to base where we are putting sails and rigging in order, washing and cleaning
The course attendants will be given sailing diplomas and we all have a small party at the Porto Carras Resort beach bar.
